The ask:
Create a campaign targeted at millennials that will engage them while scrolling through their Instagram feed and make them think twice next time they go to buy a jar of salsa.
The insight:
Millennials want to experience food and their lifestyle in the same way. They don't want to follow the rules or recipes. Instead, they want to create their own.
The result:
Show Your Flavor: a bright, colorful campaign that showcases four characters who eat La Victoria salsa in their own quirky, distinct way. The :15s spots lived on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Our clients loved it so much they asked for a way to activate at Coachella. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following idea never got produced, but it is definitely worth mentioning.
We created a double-sided hot sauce and lipstick duo, cleverly named LipSauce™
The goal was to share LipSauce™ out with influencers on their way into Coachella to spice up their makeup look and their food at the festival.
